Public Media Women in Leadership is thrilled to partner with Greater Public to bring you the FIRST conference for women in public media devoted to issues surrounding women’s leadership and professional development. In this conference, women will be able to learn from luminaries on topics such as leading with passion and why companies thrive by diversifying staff. How do I add Brave Talk to my registration?
There are two ways to change your registration.
Option #1 is to make the changes yourself in our self-service area.
1) Go to our self-service area and claim your PMDMC account using the email you provided at registration. You’ll be asked to verify that you control the account by clicking a special link in your confirmation email.
2) Once logged-in, navigate to “Registrations” and click on PMDMC-2019.
3) Find the “Edit” button next to the registration you’d like to make changes to. Clicking on the Brave Talk option will add you to the event and trigger a billing option.
4) You’ll receive an updated confirmation email with Brave Talk included.
Option #2 is to submit a request to our support team. Unless you specify otherwise, we will charge your registration fee to the credit card on file.
I can’t make the PMDMC but would love to attend this event, is that possible?
Unfortunately, this event is only for registered attendees of the PMDMC and Dallas area public media staff.
I have a complimentary registration to the PMDMC, does this mean I’m covered for the PMWL event?
We’re not able to discount or comp the Brave Talk event, sorry!
My plans are changing, what’s your refund policy?
Because Brave Talk is limited to only 100 spots, it will not be refundable. For information about the PMDMC’s refund and cancellation policy, see our conference FAQ.
How do I change my hotel reservation?
The easiest way to change your reservation is through Hyatt’s online portal. You’ll need the Confirmation Number you received when you booked your room.
When trying to change my hotel reservation, I am getting a message saying “Unfortunately, this hotel has no availability for the selected dates…”, what gives?
As of 4/27, rooms in the PMDMC block for Friday night (July 12) were close to sold out. We are working the the Hyatt to add more rooms to the block. You may be able to book your room for Friday night directly with the Hyatt (outside the block), and merge the reservations when you arrive. Running into trouble? Letting us know helps us troubleshoot issues with the hotel.
