Do you struggle with donor retention? Lasting donor relationships rest heavily on how well you express your gratitude for the gift they’ve already given. Increasing retention - even minimally - can exponentially increase the lifetime value of your overall donor/membership file. In this session, we’ll share the latest experimental and survey research results from IPTV (in collaboration with the Center for Sustainable Philanthropy) that included over 2,500 respondents who shared their feelings about, well, their feelings, public broadcasting, and giving. We'll discuss the findings and together explore how they can be integrated into the work of public media fundraising.
